Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience
• Prior General Manager experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and financials understanding
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Meet organizational targets by guiding department heads and cascading leadership focus.
• Coordinate hiring through the corporate HR team and set short/long-term goals for each leader.
• Lead daily operations and optimize actions to improve performance.
• Review monthly sales, gross profit, and expenses and compare to budget.
• Conduct regular meetings with department managers to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies.
