Responsibilities

• Meet organizational targets and motivate leaders to focus on exceptional customer service.
• Develop action plans to achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate hiring, performance evaluations and goal setting with corporate HR.
• Lead daily operations, recommend improvements and analyze sales, profit and expenses.
• Review aged receivables and approve write‑off adjustments.
• Explain policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
• Review the monthly financial statement for accuracy.
• Hold regular meetings with department managers to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Partner with the internal Marketing team to create effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

• Business degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Prior General Manager experience preferred.
• Superior business acumen; ability to implement strategies for marketplace advantage.
