Job summary

Kendall Toyota of Anchorage is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in a fast-paced dealership environment in Anchorage, AK.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of vehicle sales experience with demonstrated success, plus preferred management experience. Responsibilities include coaching staff, negotiating prices, financing deals, and ensuring compliance with laws and dealership policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of vehicle sales experience with demonstrated success.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close sales with customers and provide support toSalespersons.
• Actively participate in vehicle price negotiation and appraise incoming vehicles.
• Sell finance products and perform Finance Manager duties including getting deals financed and paperwork.
• Conduct sales meetings and trainings; supervise sales staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Stock and manage an efficient, profitable vehicle inventory; plan and control dealership sales activities.
• Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
