Job summary

Kendall Toyota of Anchorage, part of Kendall Auto Group, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead our fast-paced sales team. You will coach sales staff, close deals, negotiate prices, appraise vehicles, and oversee financing steps to ensure compliant, profitable transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in vehicle sales with prior management experience and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of vehicle sales experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Evening and weekend scheduling required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in closing sales and negotiation of vehicle prices.
• Appraise incoming vehicles and assess financing options.
• Sell finance products and manage financing steps.
• Conduct Finance Manager roles including getting deals financed and paperwork.
• Lead sales meetings and trainings; supervise sales staff for policy compliance.
