Job summary

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Manager for Kendall Honda in Eugene, Oregon. You will lead the sales team, coach sales staff, participate in negotiations, and ensure compliant processes while driving profitable dealership performance.

The role requires 1–2 years in vehicle sales with prior management experience preferred; evenings and weekends are required. This is a high-activity, non-entry level leadership position.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ work experience with demonstrated success in vehicle sales.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• A valid driver license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist closing sales and participate in price negotiations.
• Appraise incoming vehicles and sell finance products.
• Perform Finance Manager tasks including getting deals financed and paperwork.
• Conduct sales meetings and trainings, supervise sales staff to ensure policy compliance.
• Stock an efficient inventory and plan dealership sales activities while ensuring compliance with laws.
