Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profitability goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Deep understanding of dealership operations, inventory management, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Nissan experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with VinSolutions, Dealertrack, vAuto, and CDK or similar dealership management systems.
• Strong understanding of digital retailing, CRM management, and lead conversion strategies.
• Proven ability to recruit and retain top-performing sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed goals.
• Manage daily sales operations, desking deals, inventory management, and customer interactions.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to maximize volume and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top sales talent.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and ongoing product and process training.
• Ensure every customer receives a world-class buying experience from first contact to delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Leadership to meet dealership objectives.
• Analyze market trends and inventory to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
• Maintain compliance with policies, manufacturer requirements, and regulations.
• Foster a positive, professional, accountable team culture.
