Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales management experience.
• Track record with units and gross.
• Ability to develop salespeople and coach performance.
• Strong CRM discipline and process adherence.
• Willingness to work the hours a manager's job requires, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Run the desk: structure, close, and hold gross on new and used deals.
• Manage the floor from appointment to delivery.
• Train and coach salespeople to a daily process.
• Own T.O.s and handle tough deals.
• Collaborate with F&I to protect deal structure.
• Maintain your team's CRM discipline: follow-up, logging, lead response.
