The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic forecasting, and collaboration with dealership management to meet daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Sales Associates to meet KPI targets.
