Bergey’s Chevrolet in Colmar, PA is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales department, coach staff, and drive profitability and customer satisfaction. You will monitor activity in Vin Solutions, guide daily operations, and ensure a compliant sales process from greeting to close.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in automotive sales, and the ability to meet OEM and Bergey’s targets. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Experience leading a sales team in automotive environment.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor sales staff.
• Strong knowledge of dealership processes and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Train, motivate, and counsel Sales Associates.
• Monitor performance through Vin Solutions and Insights.
• Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and coaching sessions.
• Review inbound/outbound calls; coach on customer service.
• Demonstrate and coach use of CoVideo and sales tools.
• Maintain follow-up with sales team daily/weekly for improvement.
• Greet each customer promptly and build relationships before test drive.
• Ensure adherence to sales process, trade appraisal, finance paperwork, and compliance.
• Help close deals and acknowledge customers to earn their business.
• Forecast monthly goals and communicate with Sales Managers.
• Desk deals with Sales Associates and review desked deals for compliance.
• Verify all paperwork before moving to finance; ensure proper turnover.
• Collaborate with finance to optimize customer experience and handoff.
• Back up New Vehicle and Used Car Managers as needed.
• Coordinate with BDC and Sales Team across processes and relations.
• Meet OEM and Bergey’s sales targets daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Prepare and conduct sales trainings and meetings.
• Lead the team with Bergey’s values: integrity, kindness, clarity, positivity.
