Job summary

Responsibilities include managing lead flows, updating pricing and promotions, and maintaining data accuracy in the CRM and DMS systems while upholding the dealership’s standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and organize sales department activities.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Sales department; forecast goals/objectives for the Sales team.
• Meet with Client Advisors regularly to review goals and support action plans.
• Verify CRM data accuracy for events, leads, and appointments.
• Manage lead distribution to Sales team; drive follow-up on unsold appointments.
• Maintain current promotions and pricing across company sites.
