Job summary

The International Autos Group is seeking a sales leader for our Subaru Store in Tinley Park to drive revenue and manage the showroom team. You will coach on closing techniques, maintain profitability, and oversee all showroom activities to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will hire and motivate New & Used car teams, lead daily and weekly training, implement CRM follow-up strategies, and forecast monthly and annual goals to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales management experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Background check & drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation.
• Maintain profitability of your teams.
• Manage all showroom activities.
• Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of New & Used team, Internet Sales team.
• Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings.
• Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance.
• Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system.
• Establish delivery procedures.
• Ensure delivery includes an introduction to the service department and scheduling of the first service appointment.
• Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.

The owner of the organization is Ralph Mauro, the son of Frank Mauro, who purchased his original dealership in 1968. Frank Mauro left behind quite a legacy and one that included instilling strong work ethics in Ralph. In turn, Ralph instilled those hard work ethics in his son, Francis, who became the third-generation of the Mauro family to join the auto industry.
