Job summary

International Autos Group is seeking a customer-focused dealership associate to deliver prompt, courteous service and act as a liaison between customers and technicians.

You will own the customer's experience, help prioritize services, and ensure a positive dealership visit. No prior dealership experience required; paid training is provided to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate honesty and integrity.
• Desire to improve themselves and the team.
• Organized and friendly personality.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by supporting additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Maintain benchmark or better KPI's such as CSI.
• Provide valuable information to customers regarding their vehicle and how it relates to them.
• Put the customer first and prioritize required services.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.
