Job summary

The International Autos Group is seeking a customer-focused Service Manager for one of our high-performing dealerships in the southern suburbs. You will lead service operations, ensure prompt, courteous customer care, and act as liaison between technicians and customers.

Responsibilities include hiring and supervising technicians and service advisors, distributing workload, prioritizing services, and ensuring a positive dealership experience. Experience in dealership service management preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical automotive knowledge required.
• Proven ability to manage others.
• Organized, friendly personality with customer focus.
• Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and customers.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Manage and hire technicians and service advisors.
• Distribute work between technicians.
• Prioritize required services.
• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.

Frank Mauro left behind quite a legacy and one that included instilling strong work ethics in Ralph. In turn, Ralph instilled those hard work ethics in his son, Francis, who became the third-generation of the Mauro family to join the auto industry. We are hiring at our Tinley Park and Orland Hills locations.
