Qualifications

• Commitment to invest significant time outside normal hours for training/education.
• Social media skills can be beneficial for outreach and branding.
• Strong auto sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrates strong ethics and values in professional settings.
• Proficient computer and software usage for daily operations.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass MVR test.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a management training program to become a Leader in the Auto Group.
• Learn the business from the ground up starting as Automotive Consultant.
• Engage in formal and on‑the‑job training with mentorship within the program.
