The Stanley Auto Group in Texas is seeking talented individuals to join its Sales Management Training Program. Trainees start as Automotive Consultants and progress through industry-leading training and mentorship to become leaders within our dealership network.

Qualifications

• Strong auto sales and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass MVR.
• Willing to invest significant time in education and training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a management training program to become a leader in our Auto Group.
• Learn the business from the ground up starting as Automotive Consultant.
• Receive formal and on-the-job training and mentorship through the program.
