Quirk Auto Group is seeking a qualified individual to join our sales team at Quirk Ford in Hallowell. The role involves providing customers with product information and excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience. Unlike some local auto dealerships, Quirk sales representatives can sell any and all brands Quirk offers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect daily via phone, mail, and in person, maintaining a prospect development system.
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast monthly sales goals.
  • Understand the dealership's inventory daily.
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Must meet the company's employment requirements.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in providing quality customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Valid state driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Normal office environment.
  • Prolonged periods of computer use and data entry.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle.
