CarShop is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicle and deliver an exceptional buying experience. As part of Penske Automotive Group, you’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented culture with growth opportunities.

This role offers pay between $50,000 and $80,000+ per year plus medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, employee discounts, paid training, and career advancement opportunities.

• Follow CarShop sales process with integrity and teamwork.
• Address questions and concerns throughout purchasing.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming dealership.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
