Young Toyota is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants / Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Utah. This entry-level opportunity includes paid training and ongoing support from our Center of Excellence to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related salesman role is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Stay up to date on automotive trends, current promotions, and financing options
