Crain Automotive Holdings, LLC is seeking Sales Consultants to join our team in Fort Smith, AR. You will present and sell our automotive products and services to new and existing customers, while building knowledge of evolving offerings and maintaining accurate customer records.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test, background check and MVR.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask.

Responsabilités

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
