Job summary

Koons Westminster Toyota is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to engage customers, respond to online inquiries, and guide buyers from initial contact through finalizing a vehicle purchase. You will build rapport, schedule and conduct test drives, and use CRM tools to manage customer relationships in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role emphasizes energetic, customer-focused professionals with a drive to be successful, strong computer and phone skills, and a willingness to contribute

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle online using phone and email.
• Take customers through the initial buying process through the final sale.
• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the selling process.
• Build rapport to establish customer network and referrals.
• Answer internet leads in-store and email pricing information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; conduct test drives and vehicle walkthroughs.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish with strong service focus.
