Qualifications

• Respond to customer inquiries about vehicles online and in-store.
• Build rapport to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Respond to internet leads and provide pricing information.
• Schedule appointments and conduct follow-up outreach by phone or email.
• Assist customers through the buying process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about vehicles online or in-store.

• Answer sales calls and set appointments; confirm them.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
