Qualifications

• Motivation to be successful.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, CRM).
• Self-starter with the ability to be a great team player.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs.
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish a customer network.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives.
• Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries.
• Meet daily phone and email quota.
• Greet customers in the dealership and on the lot.
• Training will be provided.
