Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer buying process through high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles
• Prepare and showcase demo vehicles with the latest technology enabled and ready for display
• Provide customers with product performance and benefits information
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and setting appointments for vehicle demonstrations via email and text
• Prepare email collateral for clients before scheduled appointments to ensure they are informed upon arrival

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales day
• Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling objections
• Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Persuasive, with the ability to overcome customer objections
• Focus on customer needs to improve dealership and personal sales
• Eager to learn dealership best practices and enhance customer service skills
• Ready to quickly learn new products and processes
