Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer buying process through high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Prepare and showcase demo vehicles with the latest technology enabled and ready for display
• Provide customers with product performance and benefits information
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and setting appointments for vehicle demonstrations via email and text
• Prepare email collateral for clients before scheduled appointments to ensure they are well-informed upon entering the dealership

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales day
• Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling objections
• Proven customer service skills and sales track record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Persuasive, with the ability to overcome customer objections
• Customer-focused, aiming to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Eager to learn dealership best practices and improve customer service skills
• Ready to quickly learn new products thoroughly
