Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product features, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranties, and paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory and how features benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department staff and emphasize service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
