Napleton Genesis of Carmel, part of Napleton Automotive Group, seeks an Experienced Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. You will engage customers, explain vehicle options, and deliver a seamless purchasing experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them select a vehicle to meet their needs.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits; describe all equipment available for purchase.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand features, warranty, and paperwork to foster loyalty.
• Keep abreast of inventory, features and services to benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight maintenance and repair options.
