Young Automotive Group in Layton, Utah is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants to join our Young Audi/Volkswagen of Layton location. If you’re passionate about car sales and customer service, this is a strong entry-level opportunity with paid training and ongoing support from our Center of Excellence.

As part of a family-owned culture, you’ll build relationships, stay current on promotions and financing options, and work toward meeting and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is a plus, not required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive, goal-driven attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to quickly learn new sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.

• Assist and guide customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best fit their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
