Job summary

Napleton Valley Hyundai, part of Napleton Automotive Group, seeks a Sales Consultant to guide customers through vehicle selections and ensure an exceptional buying experience. You’ll provide product information, arrange deliveries, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, benefits, and options to prospects and describe all equipment available for purchase.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand features, warranty, and paperwork.
