• Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle selection.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers by phone, text, email, and CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Work with sales managers to structure vehicle purchases and leases.
• Assist customers through the sales and vehicle-delivery process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the dealership CRM.
• Develop knowledge of current vehicle inventory, incentives, and promotions.
