Job summary
Hertz in Nashville seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through sales and finance, deliver excellent service, support lot operations and omni-channel sales. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; car sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver1s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to deliver results in a global matrix organization with strong goal orientation.
- Willingness to identify and support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Fully execute the sales process and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong CRM outputs and quality paperwork.
- Support lot operations and omni-channel sales.
- Assist with the finance process to achieve strong F&I results.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to high NPS scores.
