Responsibilities

• Sells and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.
• Approaches, greets, and assists customers in showroom and on the lot.
• Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explains product performance, applications, and benefits to prospects.
• Offers test drives and follows dealership procedures for identification.
• Uses dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Keeps informed about new products, features, and benefits.
• Turns closed deals to the finance and insurance manager with complete paperwork.
• Prepares sold vehicles for delivery and delivers them to customers.
• Introduces customers to service department personnel and maintains follow-up for satisfaction.
