Qualifications

• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous sales experience in retail or automotive preferred.
• Drive for financial rewards and success in a sales role.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.
• Clean driving record with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Be the expert on product offerings, packages, and technology.
• Demonstrate vehicles in a high-quality, professional manner.
• Work showroom and internet leads to maximize performance.
• Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
