C. Harper Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to build lasting client relationships and provide tailored vehicle solutions at CDJR of the Mon Valley.

You will conduct vehicle demonstrations, engage in consultative selling, and aim to exceed sales targets while maintaining professional standards. The role offers three pay plans (salaried, draw/commission, protected salary during probation) with monthly bonuses and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Ambition and a self-starter mentality with a desire for success.
• Ability to quickly learn and retain product information.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.

• Develop expertise in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram offerings and options.
