Job summary

Mills Auto Group in Willmar, MN seeks a Sales Consultant to join our team. This commission-based role offers uncapped incentives and a pay plan driven by guest satisfaction, units sold, and gross profit. Workdays are Monday through Saturday with Sundays off; strong customer service and vehicle expertise are essential as you engage Guests, present options, and close sales.

Qualifications

• Consistently providing high levels of Guest/Customer service.
• Asking questions to help Guests choose a vehicle.
• Following up with all incoming Guests as per company expectations.
• Following up with all Guests after vehicle purchase to encourage referrals.
• Learning to demonstrate vehicles professionally and confidently.

Many of our current Team Members came to us from different industries and backgrounds and have gone on to thrive on our Team!

This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. $42-$100k+/year (commission based). The compensation is comprised of incentives for our key metrics of Guest Service, units sold, and gross profit. There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!

The workdays for this position are Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week. Our facilities are always closed on Sunday.

This position requires:

• Consistently providing high levels of Guest/Customer service.
• Assisting Guests in choosing a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers.
• Ensuring our sales processes are followed consistently.
• Following up with all incoming Guests, within our company expectations.
• Following up with all Guests that purchased a vehicle to enhance their experience and encourage referrals.
• Selling and delivering vehicles with excitement!
• Ensuring each Guest receives professional demonstrations on each vehicle you show them.
• Learning to successfully overcome objections in an honest and positive manner.
• Working directly with fellow Team Members and Guests to develop and maintain positive relationships.
• Being a vehicle expert through continuous ongoing company and manufacturer training.
• Bringing a positive attitude and top-notch abilities each day.
