Berglund Automotive is hiring Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales teams across Southwest and Central Virginia. This in-person role offers extensive earning potential with no cap, supported by training and tools to help you succeed.

Expect to handle customer interactions, demonstrate vehicles, discuss pricing and financing options, and build lasting relationships that generate repeat business. All backgrounds are welcome as long as you’re motivated and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand vehicle preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present vehicle features, model options, pricing, incentives, financing options, and dealership services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customers understand features and warranty coverage.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings range from $45,000 to $150,000, based on individual performance and sales results.

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
