Berglund Automotive is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales teams across Southwest and Central Virginia. No automotive sales experience is required, and we provide the training, support, and tools needed to succeed. Earn between $45,000 and $150,000 annually based on performance and sales results.

Your income is driven by effort, with no cap. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand vehicle preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present vehicle features, options, pricing, incentives, financing options, and services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, email, text, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and explain vehicle features and warranty coverage.
