McGrath Family of Dealerships in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant. You will act as a trusted advisor, build long-term customer relationships, and follow a proven sales process while developing your own authentic style.

Prior automotive experience is not required; the right attitude and work ethic are valued in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. This full-time role offers base salary plus uncapped commission with strong earning potential, plus benefits such as
