Responsibilities

  • Develop strong customer relationships for long-term loyalty. Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs.
  • Be an expert on our vehicles. Understand all product offerings, packages, and the latest technologies available.
  • Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Master objections and excel in sales interactions.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on goals, plans, and performance analysis.
  • Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.

Base pay plus commission plan: Range $85,000-$150,000
