Gerry Lane Enterprise in Baton Rouge, LA, is hiring two professional sales associates to join the #1 Buick GMC dealer in Louisiana. This full-time role offers a path to six-figure earnings through a strong training program and monthly bonuses.

You will build relationships, assist customers in selecting vehicles, demonstrate features, and develop product expertise with support from seasoned professionals. Earn up to $180,000 annually with a five-day work week and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales preferred but not required.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to provide pre-employment drug screen and background check.
