Gerry Lane Buick in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring two professional sales associates to join the #1 Buick GMC dealer in Louisiana. Earn six digits with a comprehensive training program and a clear path to promotion.

This full-time role offers a five-day work week, paid vacation, 401K with company match, and robust health benefits. You will build relationships, learn product details, demonstrate vehicles, and help customers choose the right options.

• Become the vehicle expert. We'll teach you the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology to help you succeed
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• This is a full time position

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales preferred but not required
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to provide pre-employment drug screen and background check
