Bartow Ford is looking for motivated, experienced sales professionals to join one of the industry's top sales teams in Florida. With $30+ million in inventory and an aggressive pay plan, this role offers unlimited earning potential and a clear path to growth within a modern facility.

You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, build relationships, understand customer needs, and negotiate pricing to close deals.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High energy, motivation, and a competitive spirit.
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
