Bartow Ford in Bartow, FL is seeking motivated automotive sales professionals to join one of the top sales teams. With $30+ million in inventory and an aggressive pay plan, this role offers unlimited earning potential and a path to a successful automotive sales career.

You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, build relationships with customers, understand needs, and guide buyers through the process while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
• High energy, motivation, and a competitive spirit.
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
