You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, build relationships with customers, understand needs, and guide buyers through the process while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
• High energy, motivation, and a competitive spirit.
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and performance.
• Negotiate pricing and guide customers through the buying process.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with the sales team.
