Blake Fulenwider Auto Group in Andrews, TX is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. You will nurture relationships with customers, help them select vehicles, and deliver a high-energy, service-oriented experience.

You will stay informed about product offerings, demonstrate vehicles, follow up to generate referrals, and work with the Sales Manager to meet objectives. We value training, advancement opportunities, and a friendly, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or retail sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn product features and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Know the in’s and out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
