Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Clean DMV record.
• Valid sales license.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet production and quality standards.
• Basic technology skills (email, MS Office, mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Meet new and used vehicle sales quotas and profit margins.
• Introduce customers to parts, service, F&I, and merchandise.
• Use floor time and CRM processes to drive sales and follow-ups.
• Prepare accurate paperwork and conduct pre-delivery inspections as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow dealership procedures.
