Job summary

The Niello Company is seeking a Sales Client Advisor in California to drive vehicle sales and deliver exceptional customer service at the dealership. You will greet customers, identify needs, present features and benefits, arrange test drives, and guide buyers through the sales process with a focus on achieving monthly targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales manager on quotas, introducing customers to departments, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Clean DMV record required.
• Valid sales license required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.
• Basic technology skills (email, Microsoft Office, mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the sales manager to set and meet new and used sales quotas.
• Introduces customers to parts, service, F&I, and general merchandise departments.
• Uses floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales.
• Ensures paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
• Keeps inventory control system current and meets net profit goals.
• Develops prospects and cross-sells products.
• Delivers a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
• Attends trainings and stays current with sales techniques.
