Qualifications

• Auto dealership Internet or BDC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Excellent follow-through and internet proficiency.
• Familiarity with automotive financing.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads (phone, Internet) and direct to appropriate contact
• Contact present customers to maintain and improve loyalty
• Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
• Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
• Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
• Deliver outstanding customer service
