Job Description:As an Automotive Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle. You will provide expert advice on vehicle features, financing options, and guide customers through the purchasing process. SUMMARY

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process in a professional manner
• Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using thecurrent inventory information
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on thelot
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily,reporting any problems to management
• Guide customers through the sales process, including trade-in appraisals and financing options
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory and current promotions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and develop long-term relationships
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
