Responsabilidades

• Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements.
• Facilitates interview to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives.
• Presents vehicles that meet customer needs and interests.
• Offers involvement in trade-in evaluation and presents financial proposition.
• Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up to develop customer loyalty.
• Other related duties as assigned.
