Spitzer Autoworld Amherst is hiring a sales associate to deliver a high level of customer service and value pricing for vehicle purchases. You will join a family-owned, training-focused team with opportunities for advancement and a 5% employer match on the 401K.

We provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, paid time off, and employee assistance programs. Prior automotive experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Outgoing and friendly personality and ability to establish rapport with all types of people.

• Proficient with email and basic computer tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Introduce customers to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements.
• Guide customers through interview to uncover preferences and buying motives.
• Present vehicles that meet customer needs and discuss trade-ins and financial options.
• Obtain customer commitment and follow up after delivery to build loyalty.
• Perform delivery process and handle post-delivery follow-up per Spitzer standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.
